Four artists from Leslie street studio '2threeA', have pulled together to explore the nature of 'Domestos'. Through a variety of mediums, they each attempt to illuminate moments of poetry, humour and aesthetic beauty that can be found in one's everyday home environment. The collective has worked together to create an immersive, total space, offering abstract echos of the special breed of ambiance found in a home.

Simpson’s new series of paintings for DOMESTOS explores the notion of “domestic pleasure”, through contemporary Australian still-life. In the works, Simpson rearranges his own domestic environment, escaping into the mundane to breathe new life into his household objects.
